Professor Cyndi Y. Dunn, Ed.D I am a Professor at Sierra Community College where we are developing a Virtual Assistant Certificate Program.  The classes we will offer will include Creating a Virtual Office, Marketing a Virtual Office, and Virtual Office Systems and Procedures.  In addition to these classes, we have a multitude of Business and Computer Information Systems' classes that will round out the program.  The students in the program will be able to start their own businesses or partner with an existing VA service.
