To receive web site hosting from IAVOA please fill out the form below. IAVOA does not have the capacity to bill every member for $5.00 per month.  We ask a minimum of six months.  We only want to invoice members semi-annually or annually. Your total fee for setup and six months hosting will be $40 US.  You will be invoiced at the end of the first six months for the remainder of the year $30 US.
